I use this product for several years. It is great on removing un-burnt powder and applying cleaning solvent and oil to the inside of the barrel. I highly recommend this product.

Needs metal tip / Wish I could get all three at once- one at a time IN STOCK costs you three times the shipping for relatively inexpensive little units. Love the Brownell’s forever guarantee & will try it when those weak plastic tips give out! Pro tip: take yer choke out before using these & they work great. Still waiting on the .410 version to be in stock.

I currently use four jags, one for each gauge. They work well but the tips become deformed easily.

I want to like this jag, and it works great for a while. It makes a tight fit with the patch which improves cleaning performance. However, it's made of plastic and doesn't last long (I use it weekly). I often twist my cleaning rod as I push the patch through, which causes the plastic threads on this thing to strip as it tightens. The plastic tip is also easy to bend and deform. If they used metal in those two places I'd give it 5 stars.
