Each ZEV Technologies Pro Match G19 Barrel is machined from 416R stainless steel designed for use in match-grade rifle barrels. The barrels are held to incredibly tight tolerances and are double-honed and held to a final dimension of +/- 0.0002" to ensure consistent, accurate performance at the range. Each barrel features cut rifling, and the groove dimensions are inspected during the manufacturing process. Other features found on this ZEV Technologies Pro Match G19 barrel includes a streamlined hood design, which features the ZEV markings and caliber indication, as well as a burnt-bronze or black DLC coating. The muzzle is threaded with a 1/2-28 TPI thread pitch, which is compatible with most muzzle devices on the market.
