SHOOTERS GLOBAL - SG Timer Go With Quick Release & Pocket Clip

The hardware is fantastic, I just wish the Android app was on the same plane of intelligent design. - Recording Video & running the timer can only be described as a logical diagram with separate sets of interactions, that nest together in a VERY SPECIFIC way. What this means is when you hand your phone to someone else to take a video of you, 99.9% chance they will not divine SG's wisdom your video will be discarded by the app because of how stupidly this is designed. - The whole app layout and interaction structure seem like they were designed around a loose bag of "workflows" and not "user journeys". For example, if you want to record yourself dry firing, and record multiple sets/runs in a single take to review right then, this is literally not possible without going through a bunch of workflows for each run/set. - When the timer is connected over Bluetooth, the app should just ready for whatever the timer is set to, you should not need to hop around entirely separate portions of the app and then through several steps on each side to alternate between shooting and reviewing your runs/sets (and heaven forbid you hit the back button one too many times, it exits the app completely - another huge oversight).

Brownell's has a wonderful return policy, with that being said Shooter's Global abuses this policy by refusing to warranty any devices under any circumstances if they were bought from Brownell's. You must return for store credit, you must eat all the transaction costs (shipping both ways, new tax, higher price on device, etc). Shooter's Global's Support is obstinate saying they "have different agreements with different retailers", but generally speaking when a device breaks it's not on the customer to pay shipping BOTH WAYS as it's not wrapped up in a store-credit that makes it look like it's a customer problem and not a device-manufacturer problem.
